Inktober #9, Viking Metal

I think this is closer to a daily Inktober offering. Based on one of those "flash of inspiration" ideas you get on the way to the bathroom, or in the shower, etc, when your mind is on other things, I originally wasn't going to do anything with it. Instead, I finally wrestled myself into a 5 minute sketch and a 30 min ink job, after which there was 2 hours of refinements, which probably aren't still finished.  The inks were done through ProCreate on an iPad with an Apple Pencil, which I've grown to like quite a lot recently.

A Viking throwing up metal horns, seemed appropriate and just the right thing to do. I think he's listening to Enslaved's "Below the Lights".
